Lone Suspect Arrested in Langley Shooting, Police Say

A man who police in Langley, British Columbia, said was the lone suspect in a deadly early-morning shooting spree on Monday, July 25, has been arrested, the local RCMP said.

Footage recorded by Jess Lee in Langley on Monday shows a heavy emergency services presence at the intersection of Langley Bypass and 200th Street.

RCMP Langley said the force responded to “multiple” shootings at “several different scenes” in the City of Langley and Township of Langley in British Columbia.

An emergency alert was issued to nearby citizens.

One male, who the RCMP said was the lone suspect, was taken into custody at 7:20 am local time, the force said.
