Long Lines Form for Masks as Coronavirus Strikes South Korea

Queues to buy masks wrapped around city blocks in Gyeongsan — which neighbours South Korea’s fourth-largest city of Daegu — as officials stepped up quarantine efforts to stop the spread of the deadly coronavirus on February 25.

Korean authorities announced they were going to toughen up quarantine efforts in Daegu and surrounding areas, however they have stopped short of enforcing a lockdown.
