A long line formed outside a supermarket in Austin, Texas, on Tuesday, February 16, after storms caused widespread power outages across the state.

Footage shared by Twitter user @leftislaw_ shows a line wrapping around the block outside an H-E-B store in Austin. The supermarket chain said it was reducing opening hours due to the power outages.
