The property, which can be found on Henry Street in Middlesbrough, has three bedrooms and is in need of a refurbishment.
The ground floor of the property comprises of a living room and dinging room with access to the kitchen and double glazed windows.
Meanwhile, the kitchen has units with worktops and wall units along with a sink unit which does need replacing.
