Loose Women strip to their swimsuits for Baywatch spoof

Well, the Loose Women have spoofed Baywatch with their own version – Mumwatch – and it's a thoroughly enjoyable watch.

Yep, Andrea McLean, Nadia Sawalha, Saira Khan, Jane Moore and Kaye Adams have popped on some red swimming costumes and hit the beach.

... but the water's too cold / they're too frightened of slopes / and too busy eating crisps to actually help anyone drowning at sea.

The Baywatch skit comes after Stacey Solomon shared an empowering post on Instagram, again championing body positivity.

Stacey posted an image of herself with fellow Loose Women hosts Nadia and Kaye looking happy by the beach as they enjoyed some time away in the sun.

Stacey added the caption: "No filter needed... This pic takes me back to the incredible @loosewomen #BodyStories. Enjoy your summer and celebrate how wonderful you are inside and out... Every Body Is Beautiful..."

This isn't the first time Stacey has been praised by fans for championing body positivity on social media. Earlier this year the mum-of-two shared another bikini snap while on a family holiday and fans thanked her for "being so real".

And last year, all of the Loose Women panellists got together in the name of body positivity. The women stripped off for a special episode of the ITV show called Loose Women: Body Stories.
