Loose Women's Coleen Nolan supported as she issues devastated statement after Linda Nolan dies aged 65
Coleen Nolan has issued a tribute to Linda Nolan after her sister's death aged 65. The Loose Women panellist was by her sister's side as she died after a long battle with cancer.
Linda was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2005 and was given the all-clear in 2011. But in 2017 - four years after the death of her sister Bernie, aged 52 in 2013 - Linda was told the disease had returned after tumours were found in her hip bone and pelvis.
Coleen, along with sisters Anne, Denise and Maureen, were called to Linda's bedside yesterday as doctors made the decision to place her in end-of-life care. They kept a vigil by her side in her final hours. Coleen has taken to Instagram this afternoon after the sad news was confirmed of Linda's death.
