'I lost 32kg – these are the 11 essential foods I ate to drop weight quickly'
A woman who lost 32kg has shared the essential foods she ate to shed the pounds.
While dieting is different for everyone, nutrition coach Roxy has revealed the steady meal plan she used to slim down. While many members of the public praised her for the weight loss journey, some were horrified by one food item in particular and said they would never manage to fit it into their diet.
@rooxy.official revealed that turkey, oat milk and tuna were all staples of her diet, though not all on the same plate. She listed off the numerous foods and drinks she had during her diet, sticking rigidly to the foodstuffs on show.

Roxy's list of foods included "cottage cheese, tuna, a lot of eggs, protein bread, almond/oat milk, oatmeal, chia seeds, prawns, avocado, and turkey breast." The collection of foods has certainly made for great results, as Roxy shared with her followers that this is what left her 32kg lighter.
One comment reads: "Cottage cheese ain't ever entering my body. But great job." Another wrote: "You look amazing!! Well done. Thank you so much for sharing the actual pictures of food."
The NHS has plenty of dietary advice for people wanting to lose a little weight, with their website confirming there are health benefits which can come as a result of slimming down if you are overweight.
It reads: "It might help reduce the risk of developing health conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease and type 2 diabetes. Making small, simple changes to what and how much you are eating and drinking can really help you lose the pounds."
Although eating healthy is an important part of losing weight and keeping a balanced diet, the NHS also recommends physical exercise and making sure you get your five a day of fresh, canned or frozen fruit or vegetables.
They also advised: "Swap sugary drinks for water – if you do not like the taste, add slices of lemon or lime for flavour. Cut down on food that's high in sugar and fat – start by swapping sugary cereal for wholegrain alternatives."
