Lost dog found wandering Glasgow's Great Western Road days after Christmas
Police are attempting to reunite a dog with its owner after the pooch was found wandering on a major Glasgow road just days after Christmas.
The dog was found on the A82 Great Western Road in the Drumchapel area in the early hours of Sunday, December 29. Police shared a photo of the wandering dog in a kennel after officers took the pooch in.
The dog is tan with a black muzzle and white bib. Officers are appealing for help from the public in reuniting the dog and its owner.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "A dog was found wandering on Great Western Road at Drumchapel in the early hours of 29th December.
"Please contact Police Scotland on 101 and quote incident no. 0508 of 29th December if you can assist reuniting dog and owner."
