'Loud Music, Flashing Lights, Drunken Singing': Police Break Up Party in Gloucester

Police broke up a party in breach of the COVID-19 restrictions in Gloucester on February 27.

Gloucestershire Constabulary said the event involved “loud music, flashing lights, drunken singing.”

In a statement on Facebook, police added officers discovered someone hiding in the bath and people who had come from as far away as Durham and Stafford.

Police said for the first time in the county £800 fines were to be issued in connection with a gathering of over 15 people.
