Louisa Lytton's ‘EastEnders’ future is “up in the air”.

The 33-year-old actress, who plays Ruby Allen in the BBC soap, has been enjoying motherhood since going on maternity leave in July last year and welcoming her baby daughter, Aura, in August alongside her partner Ben Bhanvra - but the star isn’t sure whether she will be returning to Albert Square.

She told The Sun Online: "Yeah, I’m not sure at the moment, everything is sort of up in the air. I just don’t know.

"Now that I’ve had a baby, that’s the priority."

The actress has been so busy taking care of her daughter that she hasn’t even had time to watch any TV.

She added: "I don’t have time to watch TV at the moment, I watched it to get back into it after 15 years but I'm just too busy now,

"Mum life is really good, she’s seven months now. It’s my first Mother’s Day, it’s just flown by.

"It’s what I’ve always dreamed of, I waited a very long time for it, I just love every minute at the moment."

The soap star, who originally planned for a water birth, had to have an emergency C-section.

But that hasn’t put Louisa off the idea of having more kids.

She recently said: "I’m an only child so I’ve said I’d like more than one. Ben has two siblings, so he’s always said three or four, although I don’t think that’s going to happen!"

Ben added: "We’d definitely like another one at some point but we’re not thinking about that just yet."
