"Whatever, we all have our own personal viewpoints of what happened. I just don't really think it was mutual," she tells Entertainment Weekly.

Love Is Blind season 7 cast member Hannah Jiles wants to set the record straight about her breakup in the pods with Leo Braudy.
In the first five episodes of the new season of Netflix's reality dating series, Hannah found herself in a love triangle (or square?) while dating Leo (who was also dating Brittany Wisniewski) and Nick Dorka. She originally ended things with Nick due to what some of the other women were telling her about him, but she changed her mind and ultimately decided he was the one for her. But when she tried to break up with Leo, he got upset, grew manipulative, yelled at her, and wouldn't let her end things, so Hannah left in tears.
Hannah returned to their next date resolved to end things again, and this time, Leo accepted her decision. But he called their breakup "mutual" and asked Hannah to tell Brittany a version of events that wasn't true. Since the women had become friends, Hannah immediately told Brittany what actually happened during their dates. Hannah went on to get engaged to Nick, while Brittany and Leo got engaged (their relationship ended offscreen weeks later). And now Hannah is "calling out" Leo for saying their breakup was mutual.

"I don't really think this is mutual," Hannah tells Entertainment Weekly. "Whatever, we all have our own personal viewpoints of what happened. I just don't really think it was mutual. Maybe it was, but if that's how he feels, it's how he feels. And if he wanted to do that then okay, it's mutual."
Hannah is disappointed with how that first breakup attempt with Leo went because of how he treated her.
"It was really hard," she says. "Emotions get the best of you and you're just like, 'I'm really trying. I don't know.' I was just very confused and I had a lot of emotions and it was difficult... Sometimes people can get heated, and he's very passionate, and his emotions got the best of him. In that moment it was just not what I was used to, per se, with him, and so I think it happened and you realize who people are."

After their pod breakup blowout fight, Hannah knew she had to tell Brittany the truth about what happened. "I love Brittany, she's absolutely wonderful," Hannah says. "She's one of the sweetest, kindest people ever."
That's why she doesn't judge her friend for still getting engaged to Leo after their dramatic breakup. "I think that all you can do is let somebody know, and they're going to do whatever they want to do with that information," she says. "And if she wants to stay with Leo and she wants to do whatever she wants to do, I'm happy for her to do it. But I just wanted to make sure I was transparent and make sure that she was aware."
While Leo and Brittany ended their engagement offscreen in episode 5, Hannah and Nick went on the post-pods trip to Mexico with five other engaged couples. Episode 6 ended on a cliffhanger with the couple in a fight about how Nick raced another woman on a toy duck at the resort, and a jealous Hannah wrote down a list of Nick's red flags that he later found in their hotel room.
