Which Love is Blind couples are still together?
After six seasons of the Netflix dating show, who's still going strong?
Four years have passed since Netflix first unleashed Love Is Blind US upon us and with six seasons' worth of couples to memorise, it's tricky work keeping up with which ones are still a thing.
Created by Chris Coelen, the Love Is Blind format is simple: 15 men and women originating from the same area date each other for 10 days in pods, where they communicate non-visually through just a speaker. Speed-dating starts the process, but after a while the candidates can opt to enjoy longer dates. Only after a successful marriage proposal will they actually meet face-to-face, and then they're whisked off for a one-week stay at a couples' retreat where they can really get to know one another. While at this resort, they encounter the other 'engaged' couples taking part in the experiment too.
The next phase moves them into an apartment complex together, where they see out the final three weeks. Here, they meet each other's families and friends while planning their wedding to unfold at the end of their Love Is Blind journey. Once they make it to the altar, it's the moment of truth as they decide whether or not to legally get married or do a runner.
So, who's kept that flame burning after the cameras stopped recording?
Lauren Speed and Cameron Hamilton
Season one duo Lauren and Cameron became the first-ever Love Is Blind stars to get engaged on screen, and by the looks of it they're happier than ever.
Last November, they renewed their wedding vows at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino on the Las Vegas strip, with the bride gushing in an interview with People: "Every day feels like I fall more and more in love with Cam, which I didn't even know was possible."

Her husband went on to share: "I think even more this year [I] have learned that Lauren is very consistent in who she is, which I really love ... and just the things that she's willing to do for our marriage. She's made a lot of sacrifices in many ways ... the selflessness that [she has] shown this year has been huge and it was deeper than I have ever seen. I'm just very grateful for her as a partner."
Amber Pike and Matt Barnett
Another success story from the inaugural season is Amber and Matt, who dote on each other on social media and in person.
She wrote on Instagram alongside a video of their cherished moments: "5 years later and somehow I really do love you more today than the day we said 'I do'. Don't get me wrong, every day hasn't been perfect and Lord knows there is plenty that we have gotten wrong over the years, but the most important thing that I'm so thankful that we've gotten right is how much we are willing to work for each other to keep growing together."
Matt returned the favour with his own post. "5 years of love, laughter, and terrible dad jokes. Thank you for being my partner in crime, being my rock, and laughing at my poor attempts at trying to be funny. Here's to a lifetime of more questionable decisions, crazy adventures, and acting like adults when we are just kids in fancy clothes," read his special anniversary message.
Alexa Alfia and Brennon Lemieux
Leapfrogging to the third season's line-up, husband and wife Brennon and Alexa are still going strong and will imminently become parents to a baby girl.
Speaking to TUDUM this year, the latter described their journey as "absolutely amazing" and wholeheartedly recommended tying the knot. "Find your person, find your one. Don't get married to just anybody," she caveated.
Meanwhile, Brennon is "very nervous" ahead of parenthood. "Being raised with four brothers and no sisters, I initially was very nervous to be a girl dad since I was unaware of what that might entail for the future. Over the past several months, Alexa and I have been nesting for our daughter. I am still very nervous to be a dad, but I know that I am going to love and care for my daughter. I am certain our daughter knows she already has us wrapped around her little finger," he told PEOPLE.
Colleen Reed and Matt Bolton
Not every couple has taken such deep plunges though, as Colleen and Matt revealed earlier this year at the Love Is Blind season six reunion that they've only just moved in together.
Colleen claimed they weren't ready "money-wise" to make that commitment and she also didn't want to "screw over" her former roomies by bailing out of their lease. Apart from "laundry day" (Monday), they split their time between one another's pads before eventually settling into their own house.
Bliss Poureetezadi and Zack Goytowski
Now residing in Zack's Seattle apartment as a family, the Poureetezadi-Goytowskis of season four welcomed their first child in April 2024, a girl named Galileo Terri Rayne.
In a moment of Instagram reflection, the brand-new dad recently wrote of the last three months: "I'm struck by how much our lives have changed, how much richer and fuller they've become. Galileo has brought a new dimension to our world, a depth of love and joy we never knew was possible.
"Each day brings new challenges and new joys, and I'm grateful for every single one of them. The world is beginning to make sense again, and Bliss and I are finding our rhythm."
Chelsea Griffin and Kwame Appiah
The realities of marriage took some getting used to for Chelsea and Kwame, but fortunately they got through a rough patch and are now in a great place.
"This is a marriage. We are real people. We have jobs, we have stressors, and the speed of this process is intense," said the reality TV wife to TUDUM. One sticking point in the relationship was Kwame's mother, who didn't approve of the situation to begin with.
"My mom first had to be OK with me making this decision before she would think, 'OK, now let me accept this whole new person into my family,'" he revealed, with Chelsea going on to say: "We've both grown so much and we're really, really proud of where we are now and the foundation that we've built."
Onwards and upwards, guys.
Tiffany Pennywell and Brett Brown
Season four aisle-walkers Tiffany and Brett have confirmed that their "relationship has only gotten stronger" since the experiment came to a close.
"I love that my love for him has just grown deeper and deeper," said the former. "I wake up every morning and I'm just so thankful. Like, oh my gosh, I'm still pinching myself that I found him on a TV show."
They are currently looking for a house to buy while living in Brett's Portland flat.
Lydia Velez Gonzalez and Milton Johnson
The last of our season five lovers to make the cut are Milton and Lydia, with the latter reflecting: "Marriage has been great. It's so nice to have that person, that best friend who is going to be there for you. We have each other’s back and that is something that you cannot put a price on."
Although their professional lives have altered pretty dramatically, the foundations of the relationship remain as robust as ever. Lydia continued: "[Milton] loves me purely for who I am, as I love him. The other day I was like, 'Oh my God, this is a lot,' and he told me, 'Don't worry, at the end of the day we got each other.'"
Amy Cortes and Johnny McIntyre
Still hot out of the oven, season six stars Amy and Johnny are doing absolutely fine.
Interestingly, the latter's relationship with his wife's father-in-law is what seems to bring Amy the most joy, as she explained: "My family is obsessed with John. My dad and him are bros and they call [each other] all the time. It's the relationship that I always wanted for my dad to have with my husband."
They're in "continuous" conversations over starting their own family in the next three to five years, as well, with Johnny noting: "We're still young and our relationship is still young, too, so we want to make sure that's going to be growing and flourishing before we welcome a child into this world."
Sarah Ann and Jeremy Lutinski
Equally quite new to one another, Jeremy and Sarah aren't hiding away from their bumps in the road while enjoying the fruits of the Love Is Blind experience.
"We have gone through real-life relationship stuff since we have been together," he admitted. "We did realise, fighting through things continuously, that we do love each other and we wanted to support each other through this process itself... and we're still fighting for that every day."
Keen to silence the online trolls, Sarah went on to declare: "I think this experiment does work. I'm sitting next to someone that I love with all my heart."
Both the US and UK versions of Love Is Blind stream on Netflix.
