Former Love Island star Amy Hart is returning to the ITV2 series to co-host its official podcast.

Announcing the news on the Love Island Instagram page, the show confirmed Amy would be joining hosts Indiyah Polack and I'm a Celebrity... winner Sam Thompson on the audio spin-off for the upcoming All Stars series.

"Who's ready for some star-studded gossip? The official #LoveIsland podcast is back for our very first All Stars series," the show wrote alongside an image of Amy, Indiyah and Sam.

"And what's better than one All-Star Islander on the podcast? Two! @indiyahhp and @samthompsonuk will be joined by the icon herself, @amyhartxo."

Following her stint on the show, Amy has appeared on Celebs Go Dating and Loose Women.

She has found love outside of the villa with partner Sam Rason, getting engaged last September after welcoming their first child, Stanley, together in March.

Premiering on January 15 and hosted by Maya Jama, Love Island: All Stars will see contestants return from previous seasons of the dating show looking for a second chance at finding true love.

The official cast is yet to be announced by ITV, however former Islander Zara Lackenby-Brown has revealed she wasn't selected for the final line-up.

Addressing the situation on her YouTube channel, she said: "[All Stars] sounds pretty cool. It sounds pretty exciting. So what better opportunity for a second chance, right? So I was open to it.

"However, I have recently been informed that I did not make the cut. But it’s all good. I’m a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. If my reappearance on the show isn’t meant to be, it just means that I’m destined to take a different path."

Love Island: All Stars begins on January 15 on ITV2 and ITVX.
