Posting a reaction on his Instagram Story, Andrew revealed how proud he is of Tasha as she prepares to slip on her dancing shoes.
"Congratulations Tasha!" Andrew enthused. "This is a dream come true and I’m so proud of you!
"You fully deserve this more than anyone. You’ve worked so hard to get here."
Sharing her own excitement in a statement, Tasha said: "Pinch me, I can't believe I'm going to be on Strictly Come Dancing!
"I've been watching the show since I was little – it's a firm Ghouri family favourite – so this is a total dream come true."

Tasha and Andrew famously fell for each other during the 2022 season of Love Island.
Despite enduring a turbulent time in the villa, including an explosive row following Casa Amor, the couple finished the show in fourth place.
Having remained together ever since, the reality stars recently celebrated their second anniversary.

Tasha isn’t the only reality star taking part in Strictly this year as former The Only Way Is Essex star Pete Wicks has also been confirmed in the line-up.
There will also be several musicians stepping onto the dancefloor when the BBC show returns this autumn as JLS star JB Gill, Toyah Willcox, and opera singer Wynne Evans (fondly known as the Go Compare man) have signed-up.
Comedian Chris McCausland and Morning Live’s Doctor Punam Krishan have also been announced in the 2024 cast, with more famous faces set to be confirmed in the coming days.
Love Island airs on ITV2 and streams on ITVX.
Strictly Come Dancing will return later this year on BBC One, while spin-off Strictly: It Takes Two airs on weeknights on BBC Two. Both shows are available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
