Yahoo News Love Island's new boy has connection to this celeb
Love Island newcomer Sam Bird will enter the villa and no doubt ruffle a few feathers (he started the bird puns, not us) on tonight's show, and after some digging, we've discovered the newbie has a celebrity connection.
The gym owner from Norwich is a personal trainer to none other than Made in Chelsea star and reigning I'm a Celebrity Queen of the Jungle Georgia Toffolo.
After stalking casually scrolling through his social media, we found an image of the fitness expert with Toff on his shoulders in Battersea Park post-training workout.

Sam captioned the image: "Training in the park @toffgeorgia."
He's also shared a clip of himself and Toff working out during a boxing session on his Instagram page.

Little is known about Sam so far as we were only given a brief introduction at the end of last night's show. But it was quite the intro....
"I'm Sam Bird, aka The Bird, I want to swoop down and take a girl under my wing," he announced.
"Team Bird needs a new member. I want to find a girl with energy like me, and tame me when I'm a bit naughty.
"Some girls have said to me that I'm too pretty, so maybe that's my problem?" he explained.
Just for clarification, he then stressed: "Someone has said that to me before, that's not a lie."
Sam went on: "The boys are going to be a little bit intimidated by me, before adding, somewhat ominously: "When The Bird has got his eagle eye out, no-one is safe."
Fowl play...
