Dr Alex George fifth wheeled Charlie Brake and Ellie Brown’s double date with Kaz Crossley and Josh Denzel.

The unlucky in love medic caught up with his fellow Love Islanders for a “beerio” in London on Monday night.

The group headed to El Pirata tapas restaurant in Mayfair, with Dr Alex the only singleton at the table.

He documented his reunion on Instagram by posting a video with Denzel and telling fans: “I’m catching up with this geezer. Here he is.”

Earlier in the day he went for a beer and food at Chelsea’s Kurobuta with Brake. Speaking in another video he said: “I’m here with his boy. Catching up with a few beerios. One or two.”

Dr Alex had a tumultuous time in the villa after failing to be picked during the first coupling before being rejected by Megan Barton Hanson, Brown and Grace Wardle before coming under fire from fans for dumping Alexandra Cane – the first girl who actually fancied him.

Brake and Brown put on a loved up display at the dinner as they appeared to brush off split rumours.

Brake was last week accused of flirting with “a lot of girls” at the same event fellow Love Islander Frankie Foster was pictured cheating on Samira Mighty.

A source, who was allegedly at the Maidstone nightclub, told The Sun: “Charlie was flirting with a lot of girls on Saturday night – but unlike Frankie he didn’t get caught.

“He looked like he was having a great time, a lot of women were interested in speaking to him and like most men Charlie loved the attention.”

The couple have been hit by rocky romance rumours and spoke out after viewers noted the frosty atmosphere between them at the ITV2 reunion show where they had an “explosive” row.

Brown, 20, told ITN: “Basically Charlie got too drunk and Ellie was sober.

“He wasn’t just in trouble with me, we’ll put it that way. I was fuming with him, ITV was fuming with him. He got too drunk before Aftersun, which is not good when you’re going on live TV. He was in trouble.”
