Yahoo News Love Island's Jack F shares shock hospital pic
Love Island star Jack Fowler has shared a shocking picture of himself in hospital after a date to open-up about his severe allergy to nuts.
The reality star, who appeared on the 2018 series of the ITV2 show, revealed he had been to A&E three times in the past as a result of anaphylactic shock.
"THIS IS AN OLD PICTURE," he clarified on Instagram. "So this is something that I want to share with you guys. It's something that we can all sharpen up on. I've been admitted to RESUS three times as a result of an anaphylactic shock to nuts.

"My circumstances are extreme as I have twice relapsed whilst in the ambulance. This then lead me to be given a secondary eppipen injection, which then put me into shock. I want to continue to raise awareness about food allergies & intolerance's they are no joke and should be taken seriously.
"I recently appeared on @skynews talking about allergies & the effects, I was given the opportunity to talk about my experiences and why we shouldn't feel embarrassed to speak about allergies.
"As a kid I often felt awkward when questioning the waiter about food ingredients as I didn't want to be an inconvenience. But it's something that I HAVE to do.. (as you can see above)."

Jack then joked: "On a more [humorous] side, this was actually how a date ended (previous to love island) and to be honest, I've still had worse dates."
The reality star previously opened-up about his nut allergy on Love Island.
On the show, he ended-up paired-up with Laura Crane – however, they called it quits last month.
