Love Island confirms one final exit twist ahead of finals
Love Island spoilers follow.
Friday's (March 10) Love Island revealed the results of the compatibility vote, with three couples at risk of being dumped before next week's grand finale.
Ahead of the final dates, the islanders were told they would be voting for the least compatible couple — with Jessie & Will, Ron & Lana and Kai & Sanam all facing the final public vote as the Bottom Three.
The islanders also discovered how many times they'd been voted for, with both Jessie & Will and Ron & Lana getting two votes, while Kai & Sanam received one.

Naturally, the vulnerable islanders were all curious to know who had voted for them, taking time to work out who could've voted for who.
"I'd like to know the reason," Lana said, adding that she and Ron had never been in the bottom three before.
"We're both curious at what was the little thing that just edged it for people to vote for us," Ron later added in the beach-hut.
Viewers at home were also left confused by the outcome, voicing their opinions across Twitter.
"Why must a couple go through a rough patch to be considered a genuine couple ??? Like kill this idea," one person wrote.
While ex-Islander Dami Hope commented: "I’m sorry just cause you haven’t been thru anything that doesn’t mean you ain’t compatible :/ relationships have diff journeys, not everyday struggle love sometimes soft love"

The day was not all doom-and-gloom for the islanders, as Will and Jessie made their relationship official on their date.
Treated to an afternoon barn dancing, the pair were able to reflect on their journey in the villa as well as showcase their best dance moves. "You bring out the best side of me," Jessie said, before she asked Will if he wanted to be her boyfriend.
Kai and Sanam were also treated to an epic final date, getting the chance to bond over their backgrounds and share excitement for life outside the villa.
Love Island airs nightly on ITV2, and is available via catch up on ITVX and BritBox.
