The talent show follows last night's episode on ITV2, which saw the Islanders' loved ones enter the villa.
Viewers were quick to take to social media to share their excitement over Joey's sister Frankie Essex and nan Linda making an appearance, with one writing: "Omg I actually love Frankie and nanny Linda."
Revealing how much she likes Jessy, Frankie told her brother: "When you do get a little bit out of line, you know what I'm like with you, she goes 'no Joe', that's so good she does that."
"The fact that my nan and my sister like Jessy has cemented the situation for me," Joey said after their visit.
Love Island airs on ITV2 and streams on ITVX.
