Love Island fans were surprised by The Only Way Is Essex star Frankie Essex's cameo appearance.
Tonight's (July 22) episode aired the fallout of yesterday's dramatic award show, which saw the couples nominated in a range of categories, including Flirtiest Performance and Ultimate Pot Stirrer.
The tense ceremony also saw newcomers Lola and Harry get dumped from the villa after winning the award for Least Favourite Couple.
As the Grafties continued to cause conflict amongst the cast, they were pleasantly surprised when their loved ones visited them.

Last to receive a visit from their friends and family were Joey and Jessy, with Jessy's mum Julie and dad Matthew joining Joey's nan Linda and sister Frankie for an emotional reunion.
Viewers quickly took to X (formerly Twitter) to share their excitement at Frankie's arrival, with one writing: "Omg I actually love Frankie and nanny Linda."
Another added: "Getting emotional over Joey family reunion, ofc knowing his mum's story."
"Honestly, Joe, you're doing so well. Mummy would be so proud of you," said Frankie. "Honestly, daddy said he loves you so much, and he misses you."

Frankie revealed how much she likes Jessy, saying: "When you do get a little bit out of line, you know what I'm like with you, she goes 'no Joe', that's so good she does that."
Viewers were pleased that Frankie called out Joey's actions in the villa, with one writing: "When your own sister keeps saying you need to drop it."
"The fact that my nan and my sister like Jessy has cemented the situation for me," said a delighted Joey after the family visit.
As the final approaches, will sparks keep flying for Joey and Jessy?
