Love Island fans think show is 'using actors' for Anton and Belle drama as shop girl 'appears behind bar'

Love Island fans were left convinced that the shop girl Anton Danyluk gave his number to in a shop was also working the bar at the Island Club.

The apparent double sighting quickly led to a growing conspiracy that the ITV2 reality show was using actors for scenes outside of the villa.

Sunday night’s episode saw Anton and Belle Hassan in a huge row over his behaviour at the shop and his choice to not kiss Belle during a Snog, Marry and Pie challenge.

However, viewers became quickly distracted after social media users began to speculate that the series had hired actors to create drama between the couple.

A source has since told Standard Online that the cashier did not serve drinks at the bar in last night’s episode and that they are in fact two different people.

However the confusion took over Twitter with one user sharing: “LOVING the checkout girl / bar maid conspiracy on #LoveIsland. Hope she’s stalking Anton and the producers don’t even know. Also she’s had a bit of a glo up so no wonder Belle’s fuming [sic]”

Another added: “Is it just me or was that ‘the girl in the shop’ behind the bar in the island club.”

“How set up can you get.... the bar girl and checkout girl is the same girl,” posted a third.

Another fan pointed out: “Is it just me or is the shop assistant moonlighting as a barmaid in tonight’s episode of @LoveIsland no wonder Belle was absolutely raging.”

Standard Online contacted ITV for further comment.

Anton and Belle first fell out after she found out he had tried to chat up the girl behind the cash desk.

However, Anton insisted it was just a joke and banter with the male Islanders while insisting that he didn't even give out his actual number.
