Yahoo News Love Island newbie Laura has a famous connection
In more 'Love Island people did other things to become semi-famous before going on Love Island' news, it's come to light that newbie Laura Crane has a famous connection.
Yes, like Megan Barton Hanson and Alexandra Cane, Laura has also been in a music video – starring alongside former The Wanted member Max George, in his debut solo single 'Barcelona'.
As a professional surfer, Laura displays her skills, teaching Max some tricks and walking the beach with him. Lovely.
Max told Metro.co.uk: "Laura was wonderful. She was so full of fun and energy and that made my job so much easier.
"She was amazing in the water too and is definitely the star of the video! If I could have her in all my videos I would."

Meanwhile in the villa, Jack Fowler has dumped Laura Anderson and kissed new surfer Laura – and his actions did not impress fans on Twitter.
Judging by the preview, tonight's episode (July 18) looks set to be another drama-filled edition, as we can only imagine what Laura will do when she finds out about Jack and New Laura.
