Love Island star Jack Fincham has been jailed for six weeks for two dangerous dog offences. The 32-year-old, who won the 2018 series of the ITV2 show with Dani Dyer, was sentenced at Southend Magistrates’ Court after pleading guilty to two counts of being in charge of a dangerously out of control dog.

The court had heard his Cane Corso dog attacked a man. Prosecutor Erin Peck said that Fincham’s dog bit a runner in September 2022 in Swanley in Kent.

There was a second incident in Grays in Essex when Jack's dog was out of control and he was later charged. His girlfriend, TOWIE star Chloe Brockett, cried in the stands as Fincham was led to the cells, The Mirror reports.

Jack was also ordered to pay £3580 to the courts, including a £200 compensation fee to one of the victims, which also includes a £50 compensation fee to the second victim. A payment plan was set up for Jack to pay £400 a month after his release from prison after prosecutors said he has 'no savings.'

Presiding magistrate Anne Wade, sentencing, said that Fincham was subject to a suspended sentence order at the time of the incident in Kent over an unrelated driving matter.

She made an order that the dog must be muzzled in public places, be kept on a lead and not be left alone with anyone under the age of 16.

Jack left Love Island with girlfriend Dani Dyer, the daughter of former EastEnders star Danny Dyer, but they split nine months later, Dani later said it was 'just one of them things, it didn't work out'.

But Jack later admitted that he was addicted to drugs while with Dani. He candidly revealed his addiction meant he couldn't be "the one" for her.
