Yahoo News Love Island star rushed to hospital after going into early labour
Love Island star Shaughna Phillips shared a pregnancy update as she went into "early labour" while on a job.
The mum-to-be is expecting her fist child with boyfriend Billy and documented her experience in a reel posted to her Instagram, originally intended to let her followers in on her latest gig.
However, things took an unexpected turn when she was rushed to the hospital, where she was told she was in early labour.

The clip shows Shaughna getting her makeup done before it cut to her in the back of a cab on her way to the hospital.
"Soooo what started as 'come to work with me' reel, turned into a 'come to the hospital with me' reel," the reality TV personality wrote in the caption.
"I had my last job before baby this morning, an international women's day panel, and just before my cab arrived, things took a turn and I was on the way to the hospital, and have been told I'm in early labour," she added, giving a shoutout to her pal Anna Lingis-Zavros who went "from makeup artist to midwife REAL QUICK".

But it seems it wasn't time for Shaughna's baby to come into this world just yet as she wrote: "Home now, baby still tucked up nicely, and waiting for nature to do it's thang."
This isn't the first time Shaughna has opened up about her pregnancy journey on Instagram. Last December, she told her followers she was at the hospital for a check-up after experiencing "worrying pains," but luckily both her and the baby were fine.
