Love Island's Jack responds to claim he made 'dig' at Dani's new 'boyfriend'

Jack Fincham has hit back at reports claiming that he made a dig at ex Dani Dyer and her reported new boyfriend.

The Love Island pair confirmed that they had parted ways earlier this month, with Jack saying at the time that they "really did try and make it work".

However, some tabloid reports have suggested that Dani has moved on since, with photos emerging of the reality star kissing a new love.

Dani's apparent new boyfriend was reportedly seen holding a bag of what appeared to be white powder in one picture, according to The Sun.

However, yesterday (April 25) Jack posted a picture of himself walking while clutching a bag and wrote: "Bag in my hand again... it’s helpful."

Many have interpreted this as a dig at them, though Jack has since responded on Twitter and said it is unrelated.

"It's nothing to do with that at all it was about a comment someone made ages ago saying why do I carry it and I said because it's helpful," he wrote.

Jack recently opened up about his split from Dani, revealing that there was not much chance of them getting back together.

"I don't think so, no," he said. "There's a lot of feelings there. Of course there is, we've been through a lot together. But, I can't stress enough, I just hope that she's happy, and I just want the best for her."
