Jama recently started filming on Love Island Games, a spin-off from the dating show combining contestants from the UK, US and Australian series as they attempt to become global Love Island champions.
Speaking to her social media fanbase this week, Jama admitted that the time difference over in Fiji (where the show is being made) is messing with her head.
"Quite a few of you have asked how I'm dealing with the jet lag," she began. "The answer is... I'm not.
"I've been getting a little bit of sleep at night, but it's only day two. So, I'll update you on how it goes."

As for the Love Island naysayers, the TV presenter has argued why Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague prove that the format ultimately pays off for some couples.
"If you haven't been on Instagram, Molly-Mae and Tommy have just got engaged! Congratulations!" Jama wrote when the news broke earlier this summer.
"See, Love Island works. They've got a baby, engagement, just a happy-ever-after!"
Love Island Games will begin on November 1 on Peacock, while Love Island airs on ITV2 and streams on ITVX.
