Yahoo News Love Island's Rosie predicted Adam and Zara's split
Love Island star Rosie Williams wasn't surprised to see her ex-boyfriend Adam Collard breaking up with Zara McDermott.
Zara shared the unfortunate news earlier this month that she was "heartbroken" by her separation from Adam, with the couple splitting just over six months since leaving the villa.
Prior to the relationship with Zara blooming last summer, Adam had caused huge controversy for dating and dumping Rosie, Kendall Rae-Knight and Darylle Sargeant within a few weeks.
Speaking to OK! Magazine about her ex-boyfriend's latest split, Rosie was quite candid: "I’m not surprised. Adam likes to jump from girl to girl. I don’t think anyone will ever be enough for him because of his own ego.
"I feel sorry for Zara because the Adam I knew in the villa was not a nice person.”
"There’s too many temptations for the boy to jump ship again," she added. "From what I’ve read in the press, it’s been a long time coming.”
In a heart-wrenching statement on social media announcing the split, Zara wrote: "Sometimes in life, you just aren't enough for someone; no matter what you do for them or how much you try to be. For everyone asking if I'm okay, I don't know that I am.
"But I know that soon I will be. I will be strong enough and prove to myself that I can get through this."
The pair had the dubious distinction of following Laura Anderson and Paul Knops, Georgia Steel and Sam Bird, Samira Mighty and Frankie Foster, and most recently Wes Nelson and Megan Barton Hanson, in splitting since Love Island ended.
