Lucky Leeds man beats the odds in casino game and wins £51,000

One Leeds resident had a very lucky night after winning an amazing jackpot at a local casino.

A man from Chapel Allerton, who wishes to remain anonymous, hit the jackpot of a jaw-dropping £51,000 win at Grosvenor Casino Leeds Westgate on Wellingon Bridge Street.

He secured a ‘Player and Dealer Suited Hand’, which is only achieved when both the player and dealer’s hands consist of all four cards matching in the same suit.

In disbelief, the man told the casino staff that has no immediate plans to spend his winnings.

He said: “I’m still trying to believe it. That night was very surreal and has made a great difference in my life. I’m on top of the world right now!”
