The Most Pointless Uses Of CGI Effects In Movie History

Fans flocked to Twitter and cried foul play after they watched the promo clip, which sees the rapper, 40, stride toward the camera with his hoody wide open and an impeccably smooth eight-pack on display.

Putting aside the weird look on his face – we’d love to know what was going through his mind at this moment – Ludacris appears to have attained a ludicrously (there it is) muscular chest and an eight-pack worthy of a demi-god.

Viewers, who were excited to hear his latest musical offering, were distracted by the catastrophic photoshop job and screamed “CGI CGI CGIIIIII”.

It can’t be called body shaming when it’s not your body, can it?

Stranger still, is that the photoshop isn’t consistent throughout the entire song.

However, it turns out that the joke is on us because Ludacris intended to make his abs look fake for the ‘Vitamin D’ video.

The ‘2 Fast 2 Furious’ star plays a doctor and is tasked with injecting serum into a woman’s bum.

Ludacris – whose real name is Chris Bridges – wanted to display extremely CGI’d abs to make a point.

But we’re still scratching our heads as to what the point is…

See the video below and let us know what you think! We’ll definitely be adding it to our Vevo Watch Party.
