A Bradford man has been enjoying his uncanny resemblance to teenage darts sensation Luke Littler with friends jokingly asking him about his prize money plans. Sarah Marshall, 31, shared a video of her partner, Christopher Roger, 33, watching the darts, and less observant viewers could easily mistake him for the world number 2.

As Christopher watched the two-time World Darts Championship finalist before his third-round tie on 29th December, Sarah humorously panned the camera to her partner, who bears a strikingly similar side profile. Sarah playfully asked, "how is Luke Littler on my TV and sat in my living room? " as Christopher, who doesn't see the resemblance, shook his head.

The video has since gone viral, amassing over three million views and more than 250,000 likes, with many agreeing on the similarities. Sarah, an operational support manager, said: "When Littler was in the final last year I thought he looked like him.

"No one had ever said he looks like Littler but my mum used to say he looked a little like Gerwyn Price. He pulls the same expressions as Luke as well. Christopher used to play rugby and his walk off the pitch is exactly the same as and when Luke's walking back from his darts - the similarities are there.

"They've got a similar hairstyle too. When he shakes his head, it's so similar. His family can't believe how much it's gone viral - he doesn't see the similarity at all."

History was rewritten on Friday when Luke Littler became the youngest ever World Darts Champion at 17, defeating Michael Van Gerwen in an epic showdown. In an amusing twist of fate, Chris found himself the target of workplace banter following Littler's triumph.

The local mechanic shared: "People at work have been making comments like ‘well done Luke’ and ‘what you spending your winnings on? '. From the front on I don't see it, but from how I was sat and my hair I guess I looked a bit like him."

Chris admitted his skills don't match his doppelganger's, saying: "But only in the looks, I'm dreadful at darts - I hit the wall more than the dartboard! " He laughed off any change of professional direction: "So no plans for a career change."

It turns out that watching the championship so keenly also had his partner seeing double. "We were watching it every night so she's been seeing the resemblance more and more," he added. "She [my partner] mentioned before the video that she saw the resemblance."

Strangers online quickly joined the fun with their reactions. One person joked Littler had "recorded it so he could watch it at home".

Another chimed in jest, "He’s Luke Littler off Wowcher." Adding to the humour, a third remarked: "I think if you got him a Luke Littler shirt and some darts he can make some serious £££ as a lookalike."
