A LUXURY apartment scheme in one of Bournemouth’s most sought-after locations is close to completion.

Despite still being under construction, there are only six apartments remaining for sale at AJC Group’s Sonnet development on the clifftops at West Cliff Gardens.

The £10m building overlooking the sea will consist of 14 luxury three-bedroom apartments, each with direct access to a secure underground parking space and bike storage, private outdoor space of either a terrace or balcony, and communal gardens.

Prices range from £555,000 to £875,000, with the largest apartment being 1,200 sq ft. The remaining six homes will be ready to move into later this year.
