A LUXURY apartment scheme in one of Bournemouth’s most sought-after locations is close to completion.
Despite still being under construction, there are only six apartments remaining for sale at AJC Group’s Sonnet development on the clifftops at West Cliff Gardens.
The £10m building overlooking the sea will consist of 14 luxury three-bedroom apartments, each with direct access to a secure underground parking space and bike storage, private outdoor space of either a terrace or balcony, and communal gardens.
Prices range from £555,000 to £875,000, with the largest apartment being 1,200 sq ft. The remaining six homes will be ready to move into later this year.
Mark Adams, director of AJC Group, said: “We have thoroughly enjoyed welcoming the first purchasers to this luxury development and are delighted that 60 per cent have now sold.
“Sonnet’s prized location, accessibility to the seafront and Bournemouth’s vibrant town centre makes it a very special proposition. The large windows maximise the views, creating beautifully glamorous living space.”
Each apartment is fitted with herringbone-style flooring, quartz worktops and premium appliances throughout.
Ben Jesty, manager at Winkworth Estate Agents, who is marketing the Sonnet development, added: “Due to the appeal of Bournemouth’s golden sands, homes with spectacular sea views are scarce, especially this close to the seafront and town centre.
“The Sonnet development stands out above the rest because of its striking architecture, attention to detail and specification.
"With so many features included - like secure parking and direct access to the historic West Cliff Gardens - the six remaining homes are very good value for money.
“This development is popular with people seeking to move away from a life in the city to enjoy the incredible lifestyle benefits of living by the coast. Waking up to a view of the English Channel is so inspiring. It is a fantastic location which other neighbourhoods just cannot compete with.”
AJC Group is on track to deliver more 200 homes during 2023 with a total value in excess of £100m.
