Lynk & Co has released a concept previewing the follow-up to its 01 SUV model.
Called 03, it is the second car to be produced by Geely, the brand behind Lynk & Co.
Though Lynk & Co announced in October last year that its naming structure would be following a traditional 01, 02, 03 pattern, it would appear that it has decided to jump from 01 to 03.

lain Visser, senior vice-president of Lynk & Co, said: “Now with two cars in the Lynk & Co family, just five months in to our company’s life, the promises we made of having a range of vehicles ready, with high quality, unrivalled technology and connectivity as standard and a unique brand identity, are being proven.
“On top of this we now add a lifetime warranty on every car, and free data traffic for connectivity, to further underline our determination to challenge the traditional business model of the car industry.”
It shares many design cues with Lynk & Co’s existing model 01 car, such as its narrow headlights and thin horizontal front grille.
The 01 utilises the Compact Modular Architecture also used by Volvo, so it’s likely that the 03 will be built on a similar platform. It’s also expected that the 03 will use engines found in Volvo’s current line-up of cars.
