Radio DJ and I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! runner-up Jordan North recently had to be rescued from the River Thames after he jumped in to save a dog.
On his Capital Breakfast show today (December 17), Jordan recalled how he spotted a labrador struggling in the water and leapt in to save it, but before long, he needed to be rescued himself.
"A big thank you and a massive shout out to RNLI Chiswick who came and rescued me because I was getting a bit panicky," he said.

"I was getting a bit nervy as well, because I thought 'My legs are going to go, I can't hold on much longer,' so they got there just in time.

"The real heroes here are the RNLI who came out and got me, put a blanket round me. They're the heroes."
The RNLI posted a video of the rescue to social media. In it, we see Jordan in his running clothes with the dog on a float in the dark of night.

As the rescue crew approaches the duo, one of them says: "That's what's his name off the radio, isn't it?"
They followed up the video by asking people to call 999 and 112 and asking for the coastguard if they see an animal in trouble in the water, rather than jumping in themselves.
Earlier this year, Jordan said he wouldn't follow up his jungle success by appearing on Strictly Come Dancing, saying: "I would constantly look like I was constipated...
"I can't dance for toffee, I have no rhythm – the only dance I can dance do, confidently, is a 'Cha-Cha-Slide' because they tell you what to do. One hop this time… left right foot stomp, right foot left stomp."
