Soon, Boeing and Lockheed Could Be the Only Space Companies Without Reusable Rockets

Well, Elon Musk must be feeling very flattered today. For 54 years, the Soviet Union and then Russia have been flying variants of their "Soyuz" rocket to send astronauts, satellites, and cargo to space. Last week, though, Russian Space Agency Roscosmos announced that it will design and build a new space rocket -- a new reusable space rocket -- dubbed the "Amur" to carry Russia's space program through the rest of the 21st Century.
