Safety Measures like Parkland's Clear Backpacks Don't Work for All Schools: Expert

Its nearly 3,000 students were instructed to go through security checkpoints, carry around their school ID and use transparent backpacks for their personal items. While the backpacks and the IDs are an attempt to make the students safer, some Parkland attendees feel quite the opposite.
