Married at First Sight UK spoilers follow.

On Final Dates day for the remaining couples of Married at First Sight UK, Nathan Campbell's romantic moment with Lacey Martin was cut short by an unexpected incident.

Tonight's (November 6) MAFS saw Nathan planning on saying "I love you" to his wife during a helicopter ride. However, he had to rethink his big confession when he started feeling nauseous.

"I would be more conversational with you right now, but I feel a bit sick," Nathan told Lacey, who was having the time of her life.

The pilot informed him there was a sick bag underneath his seat, but Nathan remained stiff, whispering to Lacey: "I really don't want to ruin the moment."

"I just feel really bad that you feel poorly, but thank you so much," Lacey replied.

As soon as they landed, Nathan jumped out for some fresh air, announcing: "I actually might be sick."

"It wasn't really the best moment to tell her I love her," he later told producers.

Once he felt better, Nathan took a "second chance" at opening his heart to Lacey.

"You're a very amazing girl, and you're very beautiful, and you have a very good heart," he said, as they were enjoying a drink under the stars.

"And I love you to the stars and back," he continued, with Lacey getting emotional.

The brand-new episode followed a dramatic Commitment Ceremony where two couples' fates were left hanging in the balance.

Both Amy Kenyon and Sacha Jones had originally decided to Leave the experiment and their respective partners, Luke Debono and Ross McCarthy. Their husbands had to make sure to address the problems in their relationships during their Final Dates.

Ross and Sacha grew closer during an ice skating and dinner date, while Luke's cooking class with Amy ended in disaster when she realised he'd lied to her again.

She asked him to be honest about how many relationships he'd had, with Luke admitting he had been in eight and not two as he had previously stated.

"Even that number is probably inaccurate," Luke added, causing Amy to walk out in shock.

"How can I ever trust this person?" she then said in a solo interview. To the cameras, Luke confessed he'd been in "potentially 15" relationships.

The following day, Amy apologised to Luke, saying she overreacted after pushing him to tell her the truth. They decided to put their wedding rings back on after taking them off during the Homestays.

Elsewhere, Polly Sellman and Adam Nightingale spent a picnic date discussing their different approaches to their marriage. She continued asking him to be more vocal about his appreciation of her, while Adam insisted he couldn't give her any reassurance.
