MAFS UK's Polly "absolutely mortified" by her behaviour on the show
Married at First Sight UK star Polly Sellman has revealed she's "absolutely mortified" by her behaviour on the show.
The reality star is appearing on this year's edition of the hit dating series, which is currently airing on E4.
During her time on the show, Polly has been involved in several arguments with her co-stars. She notably branded Charlie Curtis "a little bit of a bully" and confronted new bride Hannah Norburn after she was accused of flirting with other husbands.
Polly previously apologised for her actions, and has now shared how difficult she's found watching the "awful" scenes back.

"Watching it back, I have been absolutely mortified, I cannot deny that," she told BBC Radio Kent on Saturday (October 26).
"I can't sit here and say I don't think I did anything wrong. It was awful. I do not condone that behaviour."
Polly went on to explain how her time in the experiment has taught her to deal with drama differently.
"I definitely have learned that there are ways of going about things to solve conflict, and I know that me being like a dog with a bone isn't the best way to go about things," she explained.

Polly is paired up with Adam Nightingale on the current series of MAFS, with the pair experiencing their fair share of highs and lows.
After sharing an intimate moment on their wedding night, Adam seemed to withdraw from their relationship as Polly wasn't his "usual type".
With help from the experts, the couple have begun to strengthen their connection, with Polly recently confessing that they had been intimate again.
However, the pair faced another roadblock during the retreat when Polly revealed that she wanted to recouple with new groom Stephen Nolson. Will they be able to patch things up?
