Families are in for a treat this Christmas as the popular Santa Steam Express returns to London for its fourth year of festive fun. The Santa Stream Express will run from London Victoria for two days on December 20 and 21, with trips running at regular intervals throughout the day.
Two classic steam locomotives - the 70000 Britannia or the 34046 Braunton - will pull the Santa Steam Express, where families will be warmly welcomed train by Santa himself, Mrs. Claus, and their helpers as they jingle their way through festively-decorated vintage carriages during the one hour and 30-minute magical journey around the capital, crossing the Thames during the journey.
The Express will depart four times each day at 9.30am, 11.45am, 3.30pm and 6.15pm, giving something for early risers and afternoon travellers alike.
