Major Building Fire Shuts Down Interstate Outside Cleveland

Firefighters battled a huge fire that engulfed an under-construction building complex in Rocky River, Ohio, on February 23.

The major structural fire consumed the building on Hilliard Blvd, forcing the closure of the I-90 highway outside Cleveland. Motorists were asked to avoid the area.
