Major Flooding in Manila Area in Wake of Typhoon Vamco

Typhoon Vamco brought some of the worst flooding in years to the Manila area on November 11-12, with around 40,000 homes fully or partially submerged in Marikina City alone.

This footage shows a flooded house in Marikina, as well as conditions outside.

According to Rappler, several flooded towns required water rescues from the Philippine Red Cross. At least two people were reported to have died. Credit: @aleksdyems via Storyful
