Major Incident Declared as Sudden Flooding Causes Evacuations in Welsh Town

A major incident was declared in Skewen, Wales, after flooding saw dozens of residents spend the night in temporary accommodation on January 21, local media reported.

South Wales Police declared a major incident after at least eight streets were flooded and a large number of properties evacuated.
