Major restaurant chain 'better than Wetherspoons' with 277 branches opening 10 more sites

A restaurant chain with 277 branches that’s "better than Wetherspoons" is opening 10 new sites. Loungers PLC is adding 10 new Lounge sites to its portfolio of 277 restaurants across the UK over the next few months, it has confirmed.

The full list of restaurants opening includes: Durano Lounge, Tynemouth – November 27, Cantoro Lounge, Galleries Shopping Centre, Washington – December 4, Pedro Lounge, Bromley – December 11, Blanco Lounge, Bolton – January 8, 2025 and Calvero Lounge, Tenterden, Kent – January 22, 2025.

Other sites include Toledo Lounge, Merry Hill Shopping Centre, Brierley Hill – January 29, 2025, Argento Lounge, Preston – February 5, 2025, Manzano Lounge, Rayleigh – February 12, 2025, Saludo, Workington – February 26, 2025 and Caldo Lounge, Sale – March 12, 2025.

Toledo Lounge will expand the F&B offer within Merry Hill as one of the final casual dining additions to the destination's almost completed 55,000 sq ft leisure quarter. The 3,200 sq ft space will serve Lounge' all-day menu, alongside a drinks list that includes breakfast hot drinks and evening cocktails.
