Maldon Co-op reopens after huge refurb with bakery and Tango Ice Blast machine
The East of England Co-op Food store in Maldon has re-opened after being refurbished as part of a wider £5 million investment. This includes upgrades to the sustainability and food-to-go offering of its stores.
The refurbishments, which form part of the East of England Co-op’s portfolio "reshape, improve the stores’ member and customer experience. It also improves their environmental impact with new eco-friendly refrigeration units," the store says/
The Maldon store, on Cross Road, sees several other features including coffee-to-go and a brand-new in-store bakery. There are also the wildly popular Tango Ice Blast and Fwip ice cream machines.
