Man, 33, wanted on recall to prison
A convicted drug dealer is wanted back in prison after breaching the terms of his licence conditions. Jack Angus Kenneth Ross, 33, from Belle Vale, was released from prison on licence after serving time for drug supply.
Being released on licence means a prisoner is allowed to serve their sentence while living in the community - as long as they follow certain rules for the remainder of their sentence.
However, Merseyside Police said Ross breached this conditions, meaning he must return to prison. He is described as 5ft 10in tall, with a medium build, dark brown hair, brown eyes and a beard.
