Man arrested over alleged rape at Glasgow Dennistoun property
A man has been arrested in connection with an alleged rape at a property in the east end of the city.
Officers were called to Sword Street at around 7.50pm on Saturday, September 7, following reports of a serious sexual assault.
Police Scotland say that a 19-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident. Enquiries are ongoing.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 7.50pm on Saturday, September 7 2024, we received a report of a serious sexual assault of a woman at a property in the Sword Street area of Glasgow.
“A 19-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident and released pending further enquiries which remain ongoing.”
