Sheffield Toddler Murder: Man In Court

A 30-year-old man has appeared in court charged with the murder of a three-year-old girl.

Police say the Delroy Catwell was arrested after a ambulance was called to an address in Sheffield on Friday.

The toddler, Lylah Aaron, was taken to Sheffield Children's Hospital but died in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Catwell, of Beck Road, Shiregreen, appeared at Sheffield Magistrates' Court for a two-minute hearing.

He was remanded in custody and will appear before Sheffield Crown Court on February 18.
