Man banned from all Greggs and McDonalds in Humberside area

A 48-year old-man has been banned from entering any McDonalds or Greggs within the Humberside Police area as part of a three year Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO).

Jason Nolan, of no fixed abode, was issued with a three year CBO after appearing at Hull Magistrates Court on November 18. Nolan was found guilty of assault.

Conditions of Nolan's CBO means he cannot:

  • Enter any McDonalds restaurant in the Humberside Police Area

  • Enter any Greggs store in the Humberside Police area

  • Be in a group of more than two people

  • Beg anywhere in the Humberside Police Area

  • Be under the influence of alcohol or drugs in a public

  • Remain in and around any premises when requested to leave by the owner of their lawful agent

PCSO Antony Walgate said: “If he is found guilty of breaching the order, he could be liable to a fine, imprisonment, or both. If you see him do anything that is against the order, please get in touch.

“This CBO is another great example of the action we are taking to tackle crime in our force area, and I hope it serves as a warning to anyone else that is considering committing offences that we will not tolerate it.
