Man Battles Storm to Order McDonald's Drive-Thru in Newcastle

A Newcastle resident battled a rain storm to order McDonald’s at a drive-thru on February 26.

“Maccas really made me work for this one,” Heath Jones posted with the video on Instagram.

A severe thunderstorm warning was issued by the Bureau of Meteorology to residents of Newcastle, warning of large hailstones and heavy rainfall.
