Man charged after three injured in Birmingham pub 'assault'

A man has been charged after three men were injured in a Birmingham pub disorder. Jack Dalton from Birmingham has been charged with three counts of assault following the incident on Friday evening, May 24.

The incident left three men injured following the disorder in the Hurst Street pub, which has not been identified by West Midlands Police. The incident took place just after 6pm on Friday evening.

Dalton, 23, is due to appear before Birmingham Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, May 27. A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: "We’ve charged a man in connection with a disorder in a Birmingham city centre pub on Friday evening (24 May).

"Three men, aged 30, 31 and 34, were assaulted at a pub on Hurst Street, Birmingham. Jack Dalton from Birmingham has been charged with three counts of assault.

"The 23-year-old has been remanded in custody to appear before Birmingham Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (27 May)."
