Man in critical condition after being attacked in Ramsgate street

An arrest was made after a man was attacked in the street in Ramsgate.

Kent Police were called to Harbour Street at around 1am on Thursday, November 7, following reports a man had been assaulted. Emergency services, including officers and the ambulance service, arrived at the scene and found the victim with critical injuries.

The victim was taken to a hospital in London. A 43-year-old man has since been arrested on suspicion of assault and remains in custody.
